I simply cringe at the thought of this woman in elected office anywhere. How she got elected governor, even in Alaska, is tantamount to winning the lottery. And like a lottery ticket winner, through NOTHING MORE THAN LUCK, they are enabled to do things they otherwise could not afford and of which they are not otherwise competent or capable.
This woman can barely construct a coherent sentence. The intense coaching by the McCain campaign was requisite to any public appearance and was so evident, you could actually see the puppet strings. I’m certain, that although never revealed, McCain was heard at least once to say, “My gawd, what have we gotten ourselves into???”
Palin is doing nothing more than riding an extended wave of publicity afforded her by a poorly thought-out political ploy by McCain to garner the female vote. I’m sure Palin was as shocked as anybody at being picked—-probably as shocked as she was at being elected governor (Alaska must have really hated her opponent).
Resigned as Governor???? Are you kidding me??? For the “good” of the State??? Give me a break….
The sooner this lady fades into obscurity the better. If this kind of character is what measures up to presidential potential, this country is even worse off than previously thought. And given our current state of affairs that is pretty hard to imagine.

She told Hannity last year that there was family vote on her accepting the VP nod and the girls voted for it. On Monday she told Oprah that there was no vote at all. Is anybody watching the fact-checking articles about her ghost-written book that have been released so far? Was she lying then or is she lying now or both?
If she can’t keep her basic facts straight, I don’t want her anywhere near the nuclear “football”. She has not improved beyond being a failed beauty queen and opportunistic narcissist.

No Bodys believes in abortion….it is about the right to choose what you do with your body!! Killing of any kind is ultimatley sad!
