In Montana almost all of us hold animals, both domestic and wild, at a high level of respect. To read of a young person abusing a pet hurts my heart. So many things are going wrong here. Parents. What have you done that causes your daughter to beat and kick a dog who probably worships the ground she walks on? How sad and cruel.
