Unless they are using a vacuum-dredging system, this is a complete waste of time and money, and
will only stir up the toxins that lay at the bottom.  They risk killing many of the fish in the
lake by recontaminating many different levels of the water.  Also, to my knowledge, diesel fuel
FLOATS ON TOP OF THE WATER because water is heavier.  They should be inspecting and cleaning up
the shoreline, NOT the bottom.  Are these people “qualified” to do this stuff..?

Vacuum dredging is the only solution in this case.  Any other just makes it worse.
