From reading this article it sounds as though the County is amassing yet more power over the right of private property use and disposal. Compliance this and compliance that. When will we have elected men who understand and defend the right of private property,

my hope is for the best decisions for the community. Environmentally for sure, and consideration given to neighbors for what they have put into their homes, and what they would like around them in the future.  The ridiculous rants of the minority who distrupt meetings and try to outshout those who have something important to offer should be banned if they cannot conduct themselves in an adult manner.
