OK so Gary does one right.  He needs three more between now and the primary to beat Dupont.  He needs to give indies and dems a reason to vote in the GOP primary, which is tough because they are goes to voting in the dem presidential primary unless he gives them a damn good reason,

The fact that there is possible risk to building in this area is the problem of the developer NOT the government.-it should have absolutely no bearing on the right to purchase and/or develop the land. Hall is republicrat through and through. What a disappointment.
