Wow. This sounds like a great thing for Flathead County. I’m all for growth, but we need to balance it too. We don’t need to blanket all Flathead County with subdivisions and strip malls.

Of the things we do collectively, developing prime agricultural land will be one of the foremost things our ancestors will have a hard time understanding. Hopefully this bond will help steer us toward a better balance between property rights(the potential to develop), and the preservation of agricultural lands.
