The biggest problem Obama inherited is that with the success of Lenin, Stalin, Mao and Hitler in the
last century, we have a history of what happens when Socialism isn’t reigned in.  For Obama to get
what he wants, that’s a hard one for Obama to overcome.

Hi Bob…..toally agree with you and Robert Reich.  People forget what Bush did to this country
and how he put us into a war for incorrect reasons.  And don’t worry about Russ Crowder…..he’s
never met even a slightly liberal person that he likes.  Nor does he understand the definition
of “Socialism”.  I’m sure there are decisions that President Obama might like to make
over…..but as my brother says. “Bin Laden dead, GM alive”.

Hi Bob. You really have the Democratic talking points down pat. You forgot some other talking
points. We have to pass it so we can see what’s in it. ?  We have to spend more debt to get out
of debt ?
Funny how all the States and Cities going bankrupt are being run by Democrats and all the
States who have Republican Governors are doing all right or getting better.  Bush was terrible
but Obama is a whole lot worse on purpose, his background tells the reason why. His mentor and
father figure was Frank Marshall Davis, instuctor of Marxist and Saul Alinsky doctrine.
www.obamasrealfather.com tells the story about Obama’s indoctrination.
Thanks, Dan

Bob, consider what Obama did do (or not do) in spite of these problems:

Obama has broken or unfulfilled 324 campaign promises.  In the more than 500 promises Obama
made during his campaign and presidency, even the pro-Obama PolitiFact website and its
Obamameter has rated his scorecard: 184 promises kept, 60 compromised, 71 broken, 61 stalled,
130 in the works and two not yet rated. What that verbiage means is that even according to the
political left, Obama has fulfilled 184 promises and left 324 pledges broken and unfulfilled.  In 2010,
feeling a bit defensive and maybe insecure, Obama fired back in anger to those who were accusing
him of selling out by breaking so many of his campaign promises. Wielding his verbose verbal
sword, the president retorted, “Take a tally. Look at what I promised during the campaign. There’s
not a single thing that I’ve said that I would do that I have not either done or tried to do. And if I
haven’t gotten it done yet, I’m still trying to do it.”

“Not a single thing?”

In 2008, the country elected President Obama to clean up Washington and lead the economic
restoration of our country, based upon his following campaign promises:

- “Today I’m pledging to cut the deficit we inherited in half by the end of my first term in office”
(spoken at the opening of Fiscal Responsibility Summit on Feb. 23, 2009).

- “We will launch a sweeping effort to root out waste, inefficiency, and unnecessary spending in our
government, and every American will be able to see how and where we spend taxpayer dollars by
going to a new website called recovery.gov” (spoken in a speech on Jan. 28, 2009).

- “There is no doubt that we’ve been living beyond our means and we’re going to have to make some
adjustments. Now, what I’ve done throughout this campaign is to propose a net spending cut”
(spoken during the third presidential debate on Oct. 15, 2008).

And we know how those fiscal promises worked out - they’re just the tip of the iceberg of our current
president’s contemptible record.

The problem is well stated in an article on the Alaska Daily News…on line today. It talks about the
lack of “comprimise” in Congress.
Each party is at each others throats for all most any legislation and making progress. The article
also states that the IRS gets better approval rating than Congress and how this Congess has
passed less bills than any other in the same amout of time.

I too blame Bush for the wasted lives in Iraq and phony WMD info an the high cost of invading a
camel mentality country, and add in Afghanistan loss daily of good soldiers with a 18th century
feudalism war lords….can’t win with this problem.

JB, your post is more believable if you supply the link, as, well…....you can make stuff up.  Your
side is good for that, just look at your remark of 324 as stalled or unfulfilled Your don’t get to
make these decisions.  I wonder why there are 61 stalled “promises”?  Could it be that the
repubs have blocked him every step of the way.  Most intelligent people would have thought
they would have been willing to compromise.    Same with “in the works”.  The things our
President has accomplished in his first term is wonderful, think what he could have taken care
of if there wasn’t a brainless wall stopping him at every term.  Oh ya, the “compromised”.
Ummm, isn’t compromise a good thing?  Isn’t that what most of us hoped for out of the
repubs?  I think Obama’s next term will bring even more greatness for our country.  Just
kick ‘em out of your way Prez and do do what you do best.  http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-
meter/promises/obameter/

Why was it you didn’t mention the GOP promises from 2010, JB?  Uhoh, not so good, right?

This from The Economist of August 18, 2012, page 73:  “In the last quarter of 2008, the final three
months of the Bush era, the American economy contracted by an astonishing 8.9%.  By early 2009
job losses hit 800,000 a month.”

All this plus two unfunded wars is what Obama inherited when he took office.

These are facts.

Quit trying to reason with these right-wing racist bigots. It is impossible. They actually believe
that there is such a thing as “legitimate” rapes… That’s the “new” America under a
Mormon/Catholic regime.

Obama did not “inherit” anything.  He asked for it, and he said he knew all the answers.  He didn’t.
He later said he had no idea what the actual financial situation was.  Electing a president does not
give the president imperial rights to dictate that everything will be done as he declares.  That is why
we have or had a system of checks and balances.  That Obama couldn’t deliver simply means he
made promises for the sake of being elected Supreme Ruler of the World, in his view, and his
adoring minions fell for it. He couldn’t lead anyone including himself out of a paper bag.  Not even
with a teleprompter.
And while I don’t have a clue why politicians find discussing women’s anatomy to be of critical
national importance, and I was startled by this “clown’s” use of the word “legitimate” when referring
to rape, you may be attributing the meaning “justified” to his use of “legitimate” when what was
meant was “meeting the legal and factual definition” of the term rape.  We all know that the
term “rape” has sometimes been used at a “victim’s” convenience.  I find “statutory rape” to be a
very foggy term, and yet it is used for legal purposes.  Nor do I find the “boys will be boys” defense
to be acceptable.  I suspect if we made politicians take a biology quiz before entering a race, we
would find that most of them believe old wive’s tales, rather than understanding how things really
work.  See, women aren’t responsible for pregnancy.  Men are.  That’s a reality we choose to
ignore.  A good many men refuse to be responsible for their children, so they become the burden of
the taxpayers.  And any number of women have claimed “rape” to evade responsibility for their own
actions.  We all know that.
By the way, the unfunded pension liability owed by the taxpayers in Brian Schweitzer’s domain is
some Three Billion Dollars.  Yup, we’re in great shape if we ignore reality.

You seem a little confused montanaeasy…You see, a very well known and respected doctor has
proven conclusively that:  “Liberalism is a mental disorder”.  Liberalism is so destructive to self;  to
family;  to nation & society, that there really is no other logical explanation to account for the actions
of it’s adherents.  So it logically follows that, through no fault of their own, you can’t possibly “reason”
with someone suffering from such a disorder…Have a nice day.

“well-known and respected doctor”?  name, please.  i don’t see liberalism listed in the
DSM-IV-TR, but then i only glanced through it quickly.  russ, i rarely agree with your
positions, but in the past, they were at least based on reason; now, you just make me tired.  i
know you can do better….

Yeah , that’s right, Prez, do what you do best - run up another trillion dollar tab this year… and
accomplish absolutely nothing with it.

OK, so Barack Obama is not solely responsible for the economy.  In fact, he does not even have
the most influence over the direction of the economy.  However, if he had been willing or able to
actually do what was necessary to fix the economy, he certainly had ample opportunity.  For
example, the Democrats had full control of Congress during Obama’s first two years in office.
They were in a position to push through just about anything that they wanted to.  But just about
everything that did get through Congress during those two years was full of really, really bad ideas.

More importantly, Barack Obama has done absolutely nothing to stand in the way of the
nightmarish policies of the Federal Reserve.  Yes, the Federal Reserve does have more power over
the U.S. economy than Barack Obama does.  But Barack Obama has made no moves to reign in
the Fed or to stop their idiotic policies.  In fact, Obama has had nothing but good things to say
about Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, and he nominated Bernanke for another term.
Talk about stupid.

If you were the owner of a pro football team and your coach had lost every game for several years in
a row would you give him a new contract?

Of course not.

In the final analysis, basically every single decision that Barack Obama has made regarding the
economy has been wrong.  He has added trillions to our debt while flushing our economic future
down the toilet at the same time.

Thanks Obama – you really have been awful.

Hankie…these morons are actually trying to get the general public to get behind a candidate
who for years belonged to one of the biggest organized pedophile group in the world. For
centuries the catholic church, ( I say church, because the parishoners stuck their heads in the
sand when they had to know their priests were preying on little boys for centuries. Now these
snakes are trying to team up with a person who has been a member of a cult since birth…But
hey at least the guy isn’t black and have a different name than white parents would give their
child.

candidates compete in lethal knife fights on nationally televised competitions.  Just not on pay-
