I would think that like other states with nice pretty lakes, the septic fields/tanks should be
moved UPHILL from the house/cabin/home. Common sense that waste runs down hill and
with Echo Lake being close & easy to use….don’t Grandfather in anything that would affect
the long term use & enjoyment. Move “em” up hill an away from the water table/lake.
