Those people in Mtn Villa arn’t low income, they could/can afford insurance. I’m sure. I live here. I think the people effected by this should sue the living %^&* out of Hagadone that owns the building for not having better fire fighting systems. Low income in the state of MT is defined as two people making less than $24,500 total per household.
