Mr. Roberts attempts to misrepresent Senator Tutvet’s record is not surprising.  If you look into Mr.
Roberts businesses, he claims to be the CEO of a Bio-tech firm, but is actually a multi-level
marketing scam that is run out of a mailbox at the UPS Store in Whitefish and does not employ
anyone.  He has no local phone number, only a Florida number for your campaign donations.  He
calls himself Dr. Roberts and claims to have a PhD from California University.  If you research
California University, you will find that it is a non accredited organization outside of Los Angels that
sells educational certificates.  If you need internet links to independent sources for verification of
what I’ve said, they can be supplied. Although nearly everything about Mr. Roberts points toward
him being a con man, he is pleasant to talk too.

By definition a con man has to be pleasant to talk to.  The half truths and outright lies on these mailers
are outrageous.  I can only hope that folks know enough about an issue to see through all of them.

Tutvedt’s voting record has earned him a primary challenge. Granted, the newbie Roberts probably
won’t be our next Senator, but I hope he gives Tutvedt a run for his money. A generous slice of
humble pie would do Tutvedt some good.

Rollan Roberts is against sex ed in classrooms.  Therefore:  Rollan Roberts is FOR unwed
teen pregnancy!  This kind of smear-tactic politicking is desperate and disgraceful…

It doesn’t appear that the challengers in these races are aware of these “third party” incumbent
attacks.  Maybe RR II is for teaching abstinence in school and letting the parents teach the sex ed at
home.  It is a stretch, no, it is a lie to say that RR is for unwed teen pregnancy.  Sorry, folks, a
constitutional patriot may win this senate race.  “We the people” want Roberts, not “King Tut”

And where does Mr. Roberts campaign money come from?  Read an interesting story in the
Hungry Horse News:

http://www.flatheadnewsgroup.com/hungryhorsenews/article_2f836278-ab5c-11e1-b1c8-
0019bb2963f4.html

The thing that caught my eye was, “Republican challenger Rollan Roberts II, of Whitefish, reported
$30,621 in receipts for his campaign, including $25,312 of his own money and $5,309 from 55
individuals, of which 27 were out-of-state contributors.”

Why are out-of-state individuals financing a Montana State Senate race?  Mr. Roberts moved here
from Florida two years ago and doesn’t even have enough of a commitment to the Flathead to have
a local telephone number.

He is advertising a fund raiser at Whispering Rock Development at Eagle Bend tomorrow evening.
Maybe someone should asking him what the deal is?

Pat Man, are you so desparate for a so called ‘defender of liberty’ that you would ignore Rollan’s
lies about his accomplishments? How do you know he telling the truth about his political position? I
suspect that this con man is conning you! Nobody with any clout lives in an area for two years and
doesn’t change their phone number or mailing address. Does he live in a van by the lake? This guy
is a stupendous phony and I actually feel bad for all of the suckers he has swindled. Rejoice,
however, for there is still time to vote for Tutvedt!

I noticed that Mr. Roberts removed his Florida number from his web sites.  Nice try at hiding the
facts.  Lets see if he can remove the public reports that he has filed with the Montana
Commissioner of Political Practices.  These are the links and they are all public records.  Note
the listed home number is in Florida, the business number has a Bozeman prefix.  The only homes
that he owns are in Flordia and Tennessee.

Oliver:  Your commentary has opened my eyes.  I will not be voting for Roberts.  Anyone who
does just can’t face the reality that they are being completely conned.  All his “freedom from
government” rhetoric is just political dancing.

If all it takes is for some rich guy to come in and paper over the Flathead to make people not care
anymore we are in for a world of hurt.  Tutvedt has been standing up to them for our community, that’s
why this stuff is being sent here.  The big money doesn’t want him in there way.  That’s the best
reason to vote to keep Tutvedt in helena.

Well said Horton! The big money in this race is from out of state sources (American Tradition
Partnership) or out of region (The Family Foundation) and it is being poured into Rollan’s campaign
in a vain effort to prop up a documented con man. Rollan is a Flathead Valley outsider who has
been forced to rely on deceptive campaign tactics and outside monetary sources because he
cannot muster enough indigenous support. We should ask ourselves who owns Rollan Roberts? All
that outside money doesn’t come without a price! Fortunately, the valley will see through this
carpetbagger and send Senator Tutvedt back to Helena.

Give me a break.  Big money race??  Most of Rollan Roberts money came from his own pocket.
Rollan is no better off financially than you or me.  His out of state support came because there are
people that know him, believe in him, and want to support his efforts. What do you call all his
supporters who are beating the local streets, waving signs on many street corners, and helping with
the campaign, “no indigenous support.”  When has defending the Constitution, being a Christian
Patriot, and speaking the truth a deceptive campaign tactic?  You and King Tut are the ones that
are slinging the mud.  It is “WE THE PEOPLE” that support Roberts in this race.  To bad you are
blind to the realities we face. Where is your support for a true Constitutional candidate? Roberts is
for all of Montana’s citizens, not for just his buddy farmers or the special interest groups.  I have
voted in Montana elections for 40 years,  this ones a no brainer.  Rollan Roberts is our only real
option on Tuesday.  Thank you Rollan for all your efforts.

Pat Man, you have conveniently turned a blind eye to the tens of thousands of dollars being poured
into Rollan’s campaign by American Tradition and the Family Foundation. All of this is outside
money and most of it is generated by a few very wealthy individuals that are motivated by a single
issue.
The Family Foundation has been dispicable in their portrayal of the sex ed vote. Who best to
decide what your child should learn in school? You and your local school board or a state run
bureaucracy in Helena? If you think it should be your decision then Tutvedt is your man. That is the
vote he made!
American Tradition, a group with long term ties to the extremist movement, has been the recipient
of countless campaign ethics complaints. Their history of confounding and lying to voters is well
documented.
As for the ‘indigenous support’, how many of them are from outside the confines of Pastor Baldwin’s
congregation? This is beginning to look like an orchestrated takeover of a region’s political base by
a religious minority. In fact, it appears very similar to what happened in Antelope, Oregon. Do you
remember when the Bhagwhan Shree Rajneesh thought it would be a good idea for his folks to
participate in elections?
Bhagwhan Rollan Roberts? Is that who you want as your elected representation?

King Tut thinks eminent domain is a good thing as long as the landowners are properly
compensated. Really Tutvedt? Seriously?

Big Gov’t puts groups like the GIrl Scouts and other people over the brink while awarding bonuses
to CEO’s with bail-outs.

Ask King Tut how he intends to fix this problem.

Rollan Roberts came to the valley with no political aspirations.  He was urged to run for Senate
District #3 by several of Tutvedt’s unsatisfied constituents.  If you review this years election history
you will find that Rollan first registered to run for a house seat.  It was not only folks from the Liberty
Fellowship but other valley folks that convinced him to change direction and challenge Bruce.  It is baffling to me that so many folks are anti-constitutionalist’s and poo-pa the message of “natural
law”, Liberty, and Freedom.

Terry Kramer is making ‘Robo Calls”. These robo calls are ILLEGAL in the State of Montana. If you
have received any of these calls, please report it to the Flathead County Attorneys Office
immediately.

Both Kramer and Jay Scott have violated campaign laws in the Primary yet, they vow to uphold the
law if elected Commissioner. How does that work, exactly? Both Kramer and Jay Scott have no
problem breaking the rules but they promise to follow the rules if they win the election?

“Automated calls are illegal in Montana. The statute is MCA 45-8-216 (see below). The statute is
not specific to political campaigning and is not under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Political
Practices, however, It’s contained in the criminal code under “Offenses Against Public Order” and
the Commissioner has no authority in that area. Criminal complaints are handled by local law
enforcement, and that’s where to take a complaint.” This statute can also be found on the
Commionser of Poltical Practices Web Site.

Nice try Bonnie, but Tutvedt’s bill would have kept the Girl Scouts in their cabin. The drivel
proposed by the hard right zealots couldn’t even get out of committee! Tutvedt’s legislation had a
chance to rebalance the property tax issue. If you really need someone to blame for the lease
costs, you had better look to the Department of Natural Resources (DNRC) and the Commissioner
of Higher Education. It was their lawsuit that overturned the legislature’s work.

As for Pat Man…whenever anyone speaks of ‘natural law’ I get very nervous. Natural to whom, a
smallish Christian congregation in the Flathead Valley? How might you rationalize the encroahment
of your religious views on my freedom and liberty? It might be that the constitution exists to protect
me from what you consider natural and vice versa. Unlike you, I think the constitution is doing a
fine job of that!

MC,  Natural Law was given to all at the time of creation.  Natural law, liberty, and freedom are
referred to in both the new and old testaments.  The views and teaching at the Liberty Fellowship
support and defend “your” freedom and liberty.  The Constitution exists to protect all of us, our
rights, our Liberties, our Freedoms from a tyrannical Federal Government.  And I agree, the
Constitution has done a fine job of that.  But as you know, the Constitution itself is under attack.
We will need to set aside our political and spiritual differences, join together, and protect what
means so much to all of us.  Liberty & Freedom

Increasingly words such as patriot, liberty, morality, and natural law combined with verbal
statements such as “the Constitution is under attack” are becoming common justification tools
of extremists to use all twisted non-moral tactics possible to achieve their means.  It seems
that Rollan is quite adept at “spinning” the truth on issues such as Tutvedt cabin lease and
school local control bills…. Of course, I am sure that, as a moral man, he nightly asks for
forgiveness thus, in his mind, making it just fine to bury the hatchet again in Tutvedt’s back the
next day.  The old “We have to kill you to save you approach”..kind of like the Church of
England did to the Colonies in the past.

Do you have any documented evidence to back up your assertions?

If not, you’re just another mud-slinging, rumor-mongering liar.

Oh, by the way, you’re late to the game, Tutvedt won the primary.
