“His counsel?” Is there a reason why the newspaper doesn’t identify the attorney?

What a sad story. The family has been on my mind.

Released on his own recognizance after being charged with rape and assault?  Once again, the justice system short-circuits, and ends up with much blood on their hands.  What a tragedy!  The Calbick family has been in the Creston/Kalispell area for over a century.  Bill and Fern would have been devastated.  May they continue to sleep in peace…

It is so sad that he was allowed to go home after being charged with such a dangerous crime. I hope his family that lost loved ones are doing okay in this hard time.
