It seem totally stupid to me why anyone except GP Inc would want the concession
business…they have the data & experience to handle the complex of sturctures & personnel
that go with the wide variety of operations.

Indeed Hotfish, GP Inc. is probably the best choice, but certainly there will be other bidders.  I just
hope that the NPS will examine more than just price of bids, because a new vendor will face a steep
learning curve and probably won’t be able to provide the same service as the experienced vendor.  Now,
GP Inc. just needs to work on the quality of their food…pretty lackluster in my experience.
