This may take awhile. Baucus and Tester have to find some way to extort a few million $ for their corporate sponsors before they will complete anything.

It’s interesting that they’re complaining about sending taxpayer money to foreign corporations in times of economic difficulty (about which I complain too, but…).  How did they stand on the bailouts, which did the exact same thing?
