I would be very surprised if “Captain” Michael Hilton ever returns to Hardin, MT. The jig is up. The people of Hardin, despite good intentions, have been scammed by this California con man. APPF spokesperson Becky Shay is also a victim. She fell for this con man’s line like all the others. I hope Becky didn’t sell her old car, for the repo man cometh for that new SUV and she could find herself hoofing it in Hardin.

Looking at the information at hand. What is the reason for all these private prisons anyway. When King George was quelling revolt he hired Hessians from the European Princes. The Hessians that remained may not want to go back to their old king.
