Let the market decide. Non smokers are free to go elsewhere if they don’t like smoking. The last I heard tobacco was a legal substance and it should be the property owner’s decision.

I think that if you “post” that you are a smoking establishment,  then on an indian reservation you should have the right to be a smoking establishment.  Not just on a reservation but any where.  People have the right not to smoke, and not to be exposed to second hand smoke.  But the smokers have the right to smoke if they so choose.  Don’t take the rights of our citizens away.

Goodbye good riddance to the smokers. It isn’t gonna change so stop whining about it. Hell, here’s an idea quit smoking and forget about it. In the end you might save some money and actually feel healthier at the end of the day….what a novel idea.

On the other hand…smoke it up, die faster, the non smokers will still win in the end.
