The President was referring to roads and infrastructure. Our highways are paid for by both local
highways and federal taxes—however, in Montana we receive way more in federal highway spending
than we pay back in taxes—so Taylor Brown—in fact you alone did not build that highway. We got a
lot of help from folks in other states to build those highways truckers are using when they listen to your
AM radio station. That’s just the facts—and I realize they are counter to the mythology you have
circling in your mind.

I also find it amusing when folks with AM radio stations talk about how they are so independent and
free of government… The reality is that the value of any radio station is in its protected license to
broadcast—which comes from the federal government. If it were not for that license, Taylor Brown’s
Northern Broadcasting network would have zero to little value— it would be about as valuable as
another internet blog. Oh the irony. Taylor Brown, your business would actually be essentially worthless
without the federal government.

Just the facts.

I don’t get it?  Why do some (seems to be republicans, mostly) have such a hard time putting
President Obama’s words together and understanding them as stated.  It’s not so tough to
understand!  Just reread….. the entire remark.  Makes perfect sense to most of us.  Why do
you think that because you leave off half of a sentence, remove a word or twist the meaning
that most of us are going to accept that?  It just makes you look uneducated, and certainly
uninformed.

Thanks “emerson”, good post.

Uh-huh. Take it from 2 people who have obviously never built a business from the ground up, met
a payroll or signed a paycheck on the front. Guess those are 3 things you have in common with
your beloved Barack Hussein Obama.

Josephine—One of the reasons why I am correcting Taylor Brown for his misrepresentations and
exaggerations is because, in-fact, I have built a business from the ground up, employ a growing
number of people, and do meet a payroll every two weeks.

Here are some things I know as a businessperson that I wish Republicans would also learn:

1) Customers, not rich people, create jobs. You need to have a healthy and broad middle-class to
have a healthy economy.

2) You can’t operate a business (or a country) on mythology, false numbers and misinformation. If you
try otherwise, the truth will always catch up and ruin you in the end.

3) People who get worked up because somebody has a middle name that sounds foreign, or think
President Obama is somehow “foreign”, aren’t cut-out for the modern economy. Like it or not,
xenophobes are getting left behind—and its simply because they don’t have the intellectual capacity
to keep up. America can’t be globally competitive if it caters to low-information xenophobes.

The obvious distortion here is the amount of federal tax funds received versus taxes paid.  A major
portion of our population is EXEMPT from taxes by the Montana Constitution.
In addition, this is in reality a tourist state.  If we had no tourists, we wouldn’t have millions of
people complaining about and driving the demand for better roads.
Those tourists also pay no taxes to the state, except for road taxes in gas sales.

Destroy 97% of the value of the dollar?  We didn’t do that.

Invite the world’s third world population to our shores?  We didn’t do that.

Embark on an ill-advised mission to reform the middle east?  We didn’t do that.

Put our nation trillions into debt?  We didn’t do that.

Erode the last iota of cultural capital in the name of the latest Marxist fad?  We didn’t do that.

Don’t confuse your business plan with our cultural integrity, emerson.  I’ll put the record of the
unfettered productive individual up against the record of monstrous government any day of the
week.  Some of us low information xenophobes would prefer not to sell our birthright down the river
for a buck.  We can parse Obama’s words until the cows come home.  They speak of ideas that
come from the darkest alleys of Tsarist Russia.  Obama should know better.  He really should.

It is amazing how liberals can not handle people that fundamentally disagree without name
calling and trying to be little them. I have talked to a lot of liberals who don’t have a clue
about Obama’s back ground, his true beliefs of where he want’s to take America, beyond all the
clishays. I would bet nether do you.  A great insight is the new documentarys 2016 Obama’s
America, Love him or Hate him. You don’t know him.  And the Documentary - Dreams from My REAL
Father - Frank Marshall Davis, Obama’s mentor , father figure or real father. Check it out
www.obamasrealfather.com try to disprove these facts. People can’t handle the truth when they
have made a fool out of them selves.
Hope you have the courage to want change real change. Restore Amerca.
Thanks, Dan
