Comments on: In Montana, Medical Marijuana Law Creates Dilemma
By Billy on 11-16-09
We need to create an Inspection Force to ensure the Law is being properly observed by Growers and Users. We could hire this function out to a Private Investigative Service and incarcerate the abusers of the law in a private prison, then reeducate them with a private program.
We could pay for these services by putting a tax on MJ sales or by charging the abusers directly with fines from the court.

Well….....I was very skeptical oubout the benefits of MJ….till I saw my former boss….....wasting away in total pain. She took massive amounts of pain pills…..all to no good. I told her she needed to look into MJ….which she got her regular Doctor to prescribe MJ. It was worth a try….as pain pills gave her no relfief at all.
Did it help….some. It did reduce the amount of pain pills she was taking and helped with her disorder. She was a heck of a local business woman…..and age & this medical problem she has…...sure made me sick to see her wasting away taking pain pill one after another…...so for me MJ has its uses. Her mind still works great…..the body is wasting away real bad.

I’ve reevulated my first post on the Mary Jane since it got (-7).We should remove all laws and penalties associated with natural halluciogens like Cannabis, Panaleous, Psilocybin, Baby wood rose seeds, Heavenly blue morning glory seeds, Peyote, Cocaine and Opium and I can’t remember that one from the Amazon that is very scarey. They can tell us about their trips when they get back. Some say that’s how religion started . Don’t we have freedom to establish Religion?
PS Is it true that Alcoholism and Fear of Death are cured with LSD?

By treating MJ differently than any other prescription drug, we are creating all of this confusion and abuse. Why?

They are judiciating the problem in CA. This will slow rise of legal MJ patients. See link to article below.State of California.
The state medical board is under the Department of Consumer Affairs. It has 21 members, 12 of them MDs appointed by the governor for two- or four-year terms. The board is staffed by more than 100 career investigators —gun-carrying “peace officers” whose proper mission is to bust quacks and incompetents.

This is Montana. California is farther west.

Billy…as soon as the state can figure out how to regulate MJ and tax the hell out of it, there will no longer be an issue with it, so relax!

Wow! Three thumbs up for knowing where California is. I’ll add one too.

The law and order righteousness movements way back when; wanted to punish the pot scofflaws
by making them give up money and sit in a cage.
The Law worked so good they made a
Law for a mandatory sentence.
The sucess of the Law has provided
new opportunities in LAW Enforcement
and Punishment and Rehabilitation.
The Inqisition would be a good parallel
for the mentality of the Police State
and Their Hires today.
The Power of the LAW.
The LAW is Do What You Will.
The LAW is the only true god.
The black robed ones are
the priests of the LAW.
Long Live The LAW. and so on…
ad-nauseum.
We let them have so much power we are now powerless against them.

Littlehawk, It’s funny you mention that. I also have a good friend who is a licensed grower and was ripped off in the middle of the night by a neighbor. He had to install expensive surveillance equipment. It’s a real shame when scumbags interfere with a legitimate business. I guess medical growers would be wise to be armed.

Lawn order is always a good thing. It increases your property value when you’re ready to sell.
