It will take time for most jobs to come back.
In reality, a lot of old jobs will never continue.
Employers are investing in computerized equipment and other labor saving technologies.
Plus, many have gone over their operations and eliminated business operations which were not returning serious return.
FDR had 3 million men in CCC camps Dec.1,1941 and another 2-Million working in ‘WPA projects, including Glacier Park.
The economy had not rebounded as much as this current economy after ten months of this administration.
As a born and bred original southern Republican and a lifetime conservative businessman, I just look at the numbers.
The numbers say quite clearly this very much centrist president has guided all the task forces of recognized professionals in every field, with a high percentage of Republican businessmen involved, to produce solutions.
The hate-filled opposition keeps hurling accusations at every turn and opposing at every turn.
Hopefully, the people in Washington will get back to vigorous debates on the House and ‘Senate floors, in committee and go out together later to swap jokes and be civil.
Wayne Morris and Clare Boothe Luce were political opposites, exchanging some wicked [And some hilarious]  barbs in session—but off the battleground, they were friends.
Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neal would meet to work out a doable compromise and then sit around in the White House, with a beer and telling Irish and Hollywood jokes.
We’ll never see another Harry Truman in his brisk morning walks down around Washington Monument and back to the “White House, with reporters alongside firing hard-ball questions and getting straight answers—without everything filtered through staff and the official press spokesman.
But it would be nice if every Republican was not desperate to get on CNN with an acerbic criticism and colorful opposition to every detail from the Obama White House.
