OK…guess what happens when all the fire killed & bug killed trees….die an fall into a creek or stream??? Rotting logs take the oxygen out of the water….for years…..rotting wood takes more of a toll on the fish or wildlife…than some mixture of clay stuff….I guess the government will spend 2 billion to find some small flower no one noticed till the money the government does not have allocates funds to study…..before the noxius weeds kill the whole ground cover…..silly stuff take so much money for what???
When 500,000 jobs may be lost when states cut budgets….the cash cow is drained for silly/small/useless studies…the OLE COW IS DRY?
