With the corrupt judiciary we have in this State it is a waste of time to attempt to accomplish anything
through the Initiative process if it may in any way restrict the power of government (Remember CI-75
opposed by a “Republican” governor?  That spelled the death of conservative Initiatives in this State). 
The Initiative process in Montana is now reserved for those promoting anti-business, or radical leftist
pro-green political agendas.
