Considering that a man 21 yrs old can rape two 14 year olds and get 90 days county jail time it
would only be right that Johnson get a slap on the wrist for raping this girl.  Uniform application
of the law and all that.
Really this state takes sexual abuse and rape much too leniently.

Some how the facts are begining to smell like dead fish. The defense attorney wanting for more
discovery material is unusual & the words “cherry picking” are odd too. It takes 2 to tango and
who says who is to blame??
Rape is not a easy thing mentally to accept & handle for anyone. For my way of thinking…..simple
simon, brings to mind the “oldest profession” has some merit legally other than Neveda in many
places….to have a legal place for over stuffed men to let go of their pent up desires…..and
eliminate or greatly reduce forced rapes & let women live in some relative peace.
