Ceres Bakery is the greatest little shop down town.  Best coffee, best bread, best pasteries, best smiles.  Always a good place to get warm and taste real artisan, baked goods.  Keep it up!

BEST BREAD OF ALL TIME FOR TOAST:

CERES BAKERY WALNUT DATE BREAD!

Comes out fresh every thursday.  MMMmmmm!  Warm and sweet with beautiful walnuts throughout and the occasional sweetness of date.  Toasted at home with some good butter and wow…....it is like eating a culinary poem for breakfast!  They are the epitamy of what a down town should have: Family owned, personal business with tasty treats, good conversation, good art, good reading and good music.  Their Coffee is #1 and the staff is always smiley and cheerful.  I can’t get in there enough.  They truly are a cornerstone of the downtown (in the middle of the block between 4th st and 3rd st on main).  GOD BLESS CERES BAKERY!!!

Pretty sure they close at 3:00pm on Saturdays, unless hours have changed for the holiday season.

Great story, great bread, great people.

We love you!  Thank you for a wonderful Christmas.  We are so very proud of all that you have accomplished.  It was a delicious time at the bakery and we enjoyed meeting the staff and having Christmas dinner with your friends. “Over the river and through the woods and across the prairie and over the mountains and past the lake . . . a beautiful trek to Kalispell.  We wish you a blessed New Year!

Ceres IS the best bakery in NW Montana.  Having moved to Denver, I now, more than ever appreciate the wonderful goodness that is Ceres Bakery.  The almond croissants are to die for!  Just make sure you get there early enough to actually get one! smile I miss them!

rick, hannah
hello to you both! Cool looking bakery!
I am still baking-doing pastries now at a little espresso shop
in downtown Bellingham, Washington.  Loving the lifestyle as well.  I have a good boss.  She’s as cool as leif but in her 60’s.
Nicole and I will make the trek to your neck of the woods sometime.  Take care of yourselves and don’t let that dough boss ya around too much.

Hannah and Rick,
I was worried about your health when you were working so hard to launch your bakery. I am so glad it has paid off for you. Now you are in the paper and everything! You’re famous!

Much love,
