Comments on: Longtime Flathead County Deputy Charged with DUI

Excellent point. Isn’t it fascinating that the head critic of Meehan’s alleged failure to severely discipline is now Meehan’s chief disciplinary problem? Put your money where your mouth is Parish, and resign. I would hate for you to impugn the integrity of the Sheriff’s Office – something you so fiercely sought to “protect”.

Shhh…do you hear that? It’s the deafening silence of the union thug malcontents in the Sheriff’s Office.

Politics, politics, politics. I guess politics will never stop complicating situations that are pretty much cut and dried. In the eyes of many, Curry has now sullied his administration even before it starts.

The commenters here are cracking me up. This has nothing to do with Curry. 1st off - I have no sympathy for Bruce Parish. And shall we mention the other drunk driver working for the Task Force, passed out in a county car, that got a ride home & was never charged? I applaud KPD for handling this the way they have. Like everyone else, Parish can deal with the courts. There is no excuse for this. Wasn’t there was big fight at Scotty’s bar recently with some off duty officers too? About a week ago.

Not only is this a pickle for Parish… I’d say it’s more of a pickle for Chuck Curry - especially if Curry had any plans to reward Parish with a new position for all the campaigning Parish did for him in the Primary.
Look for more of these types of shenanigans after Curry takes office.

To quote Parish…“I don’t believe in giving second chances” Lets see if he sticks to his beliefs.
