Montana’s so called medical pot program is the laughing stock of the nation..It’sinconsistancies,loop holes and blurred lines reveal simply that it was constructed by blind
carpenters.

At least he is honest about what he will continue to do regardless the known wishes of the large majority that passed the original law. Rember the republican’s response to this voter
initiated law this November, and give them the retirement they so justly deserve.

Mike Milburn needs to understand that when his employer, the people of Montana, vote by a 62 to38 margin to do something, that’s a pretty strong message that he either do it or get fired.
Despite the strong mandate, the execution of medical marijuana legislation was poor and it
needed to be fixed. The whole point of the law was to provide some comfort to people who are
sick and/or dying.
Milburn’s reaction of making up wild stories, siding with the Obama justice department and
leading the charge to reject the will of the people is not the way a legislator succeeds.
Of course I’m sure that HE knows better, since he’s battling the hippies of 40 years ago.
It was never about that. It was about sick people, which the voters were smart enough to understand.
