What do you want to bet that he gets the charges plea bargained down to a misdemeanor?

I can guarantee you with absolute certainty…this will NOT happen. I know Tom…unfortunately…I have for more than 37 years.

He has a prior record (from Oregon, where he previously resided) which includes drug possession and usage charges, as well as domestic violence charges, and he has been under investigation for having coerced funds from his own mother (in the amount of more than $90,000).

Plus - two of the four charges were from a prior occurrence in Montana - DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

He may not get the full 30 year prison penalty out of this, but he will get felony convictions, a lengthy dose of hard time, and he’ll never see his kids again (I know them, too, and this is the best thing for them in the long run.)

The last attorney he had in Oregon quit on him - with Tom owing him more than $30,000. Not a good recommendation…

what the hell do you know, you haven’t even been part of the family for more than 10 yrs. and his attorney in Oregon has not quit on him. I keep in touch with him often and believe me i will be sending this to him and seeing about slander. has anyone ever heard of innocent until proven guilty.I’m not saying he didn’t make some very wrong decisions but you also don’t know the hell that family and brother has put him through either so Andy until you are accually a part of the family shut the hell up
