The only bright spot of the whole tedious “debate” was when John McCain praised the retired Navy Chief.  The rest degenerated into half-truths and the usual campaign speeches.  I think maybe John McCain would do less damage as President.  Imagine Obama, Biden, Reid, Pelosi running the show unchecked.  Scary.

I think we may have much more to fear with an unchecked fed gov’t.  Think of all the “good” taxes they might enact.  Nice little “social engineering” taxes to make the folks “better off”?  I just don’t have much faith in our federeal gov’t actually helping us.  And - who was it supposed to be “providing oversight”?  Get a clue.

Neither Obama or McCain have a clue.  Ron Paul called this from the beginning.  Ron Paul was the only candidate putting the issue of the dollar and deficits on the agenda.  Ron Paul said it time and time again.  His economic advisor, Peter Schiff wrote a book titled, “The Coming Economic Crisis” that is coming true every day, page by page.  The DOW WILL REACH 5,000 and GOLD WILL REACH $2,000.00.  Just sit back and wait.  This ship is already sunk.  The sooner you realize it and get in a lifeboat the better you will be.

Say what you wish people, my wife and I as well as several friends just mailed in our absentee ballots.  WE VOTED FOR RON PAUL!  We also voted for Stan Jones for governor.  I had to vote for Kelleher because Baucus supported the bailout.  I also voted against every new tax they tried to come up with.  There you go!  VOTE 3rd PARTY PEOPLE!!  DON’T PLAY BY THEIR RULES ANYMORE!
