Incompetent Mayor Pam Kennedy’s and the other city useful idiots only beef with hiring this man was the length of his contract?-Nevermind his exorbitant $100,000 taxpayer funded salary. Give me a break.

This week when I saw the picture of the Kokomo man in the running for city manager…...I knew he would not make it. He just had that uppity look….and would have a hard time getting used to Montana. No suprise that he turned down the job….and did the city a favor.
Why not look closer to home…..least out West. Trying to import an Easterner…...rarely works. With all the talented people out of work in this country…..maybe look on line or place an add in a different paper. Monster or some other on line job site etc….and many would gladly take less than 100K.
Back in the 80’s…....the District Attorneys from all over the US were in Kalispell. The #1 worry they had was (if I remember right) was 1. are Grizzly bears going to eat my family. 2 are there airports there, 3 is it safe 4 do you have cars.
Montana is still the wild west for Easterners…..so get real city council….look closer to home.

Interesting - my take on the article and comments were that after meeting the council and understanding that elections are coming up that many of them might not be around and who knows what kind of council we will have - i don’t see it as an eastern-western issue - i see it as OMG I’ll have to work with that mayor and council - that would be enough for me to say “no”

McKillip is a bullyboy whose antics while mayor of Kokomo are still costing the people of that city real dollars in legal fees and judgments. From unauthorized and illegal seizure of personal property to outright persecution of those with differing views—from a taxpayer-funded European vacation for he and a male “friend” to his commitment of city funds on unauthorized construction and “beautification projects”—from his creative bookkeeping condemned by the State Board of Accounts to his attempt at wrecking the city’s budget after a primary election loss—this individual has been nothing but bad news for Kokomo Indiana.
