Brian Schweitzer Is as Montana as they come ! I am so PROUD !  I know it is a big step, but I think it is one in the right direction !  I’m sitting here smiling ear to ear…... To think there was those out there that actually thought our governor would not pass this, I knew he would !  He’s a keeper !

I have to give Schweitzer (rare) credit on this one, however, I’m not so proud of our Governor, and I fully disagree with him being as “Montana as they come”.-you see, he is gladly and willingly taking every taxpayer cent that Congress and Obama have stolen from the taxpayer for his cut of the spendulus. Schweitzer is a taxing, spending, big government politician. If he really wants to be a Montanan he should follow Texas Governor Perry, and two dozen other, States lead by declaring State sovereignty as stated in the US Constitution and of Montana’s right to secede if and/or when the Federal government has overstepped its Constitutional bounds and authority.

Seceding from the union is not something that should be taken lightly…... It is my highest hopes that we never have to take it that far, it would be some very hard times for us, with the possible outcome of our country the USA declaring war on our state…. Anyways….... There are not many governor’s that would have signed this, and I for one think it is a bolder move then most !  (Directly below this is his statement on the stimulus, and it dont look like he’s grabbing that money!!!)

Good!  Glad the Gov did this.  I feel we are on the right track in letting the Fed know where we as Montanans stand.  Semper Fi folks.

Not a BS fan either, but he needs a kudo on this one.  Let’s hope this is a beginning for Montana to assert its rights when the feds keep trying to turn the nation into a socialist state a la USSR.

Kudos to the govenor for signing this historic legislation to make the first of Montana’s assertions for states rights.

Just heard about this last night on Glenn Beck. Way to go, Montana! I grew up in eastern Washington and loved my regular visits to Idaho and Montana. God’s country, and I would move to either of those states in a minute if I could find work there. Living in Indiana the last nine years, and the sovereignty declarations have been tried but gone nowhere yet here. State Senate is pretty good here, but Democrat-run state House and a big-government Republican as governor. There are many of us in the rest of the country who love freedom and just want the feds to leave us alone and let us live our lives who are behind you on this one.
