Is this a joke.  10 years/50k fine for stealing some stock??  We have 100’s of criminals in DC and umpteen corporate madmen destroying the country and you pontificate about a lowly thief?  Again, this is a joke, yes?

You are right, this must be a joke, cause you only get 5 years in jail for stealing a car. You would have to steel a few cows to make it worth 50K…
