The Chili recipe looks good! Everyone likes to cook with beer. When I read a recipe I like to see local ingredients instead of canned ingredients.
This chili recipe could include local game and local vegetables.

I made this last weekend, it was very very good. Used a bottle of Negra Modelo, and added in a cup of coffee for good measure (I made it at 7:00 A.M.) I used boneless ribs, both pork and beef - they were on sale. Meat turned out very very tender. Chili had AWESOME flavor!
Next time I’m gonna add a little tomato past to slightly thicken, and toss in cans of black + kidney beans. Plus a jalapeno to add some heat.
Thanks for the recipe!
