I’ve had this before…it’s very good, but better with fettuccine and a white wine sauce made with a bit of lemon juice over the noodles. Thanks for the recipe!

You might also want to consider flattening the chicken breasts with a flat heavy object between sheets of plastic wrap.  The breasts will cook more quickly and evenly.
