Wether its money or people it seems this will always be a numbers game. The core issue is
Federal vs State laws.. Not how many card holders/providers there are. When you drop an
agricultural industry into a state where hourly rates of pay are stuck in 1980, of course anyone
with even the smallest amount of ambition will jump on this band wagon… though state reps wont
stand by their own laws, risk of Jail time can be expected..
