I hope the tourist bring some real dark sunglasses with them….so they can’t see all the
POTHOLES that are everywhere.
Seeing that some NEW ROAD work is already going belly up & from what I see….the Dept
of Highways….must be looking the other way with reguards to QC/QA on the work done last
year???
I drove back today from Whitefish and the road Highway 40 from the Blue Moon just past
Gil’s Furniture…..done just last year….has/had major potholes and I could see new ones
being formed….again.
The big yellow trucks from ### did the re-work & the quality sure is very poor. Add in the
Dept of Highway….is out with street sweepers…yet the potholes get bigger each day &
throw more gravel out of the holes. Drive over most bridges around the valley….potholes in
the deck & not one effort to stem the damage….like patching…before major work is needed
to save the bridge deck, course a good job patching…not just hit & miss and head for
coffee.
