Bravo to the State Supreme Court for upholding zoning and project review rules for the Lakeside area against dishonest developers.  This is a major victory for those in Lakeside who wish to see zoning and planning rules strengthened.  It’s particularly telling that these same developers are the ones behind the phony investigation of alleged malfeasance in the county planning office.  Let’s hope that lawsuit goes down in flames too and the sooner the better.

Give it up Taz, let’s let the little town of Lakeside and the good people who live there make their own decisions.

Tazmanian - the same group of people who claim that the Lakeside Neighborhood Plan is illegal just went down in a ball of fire. The Supreme Court claimed they used “tortured logic.”

The only thing that is a bummer is that the county taxpayers have had to spend $10,000 chasing down the accusations of people who have “tortured logic.”

Here are some more facts Taz…that is 150 people from throughout the entire Flathead Valley of 58,000 people. Not a very good statistic. Probably about the same number of people that showed up at your American Dream Rally this summer. However, there is currently a petition circulating just WITHIN the Lakeside Plan boundaries of residents that SUPPORT the Lakeside Neighborhood Plan…already with over 250 signatures (and growing daily)...now that’s a significant petition!  What is in common between the condo lawsut and the lawsuit against FH County and the Lakeside Plan committee?  Quite simply, it is the same people, with THEIR same dishonest rhetoric, again wasting more of the taxpayers money with their tortured logic and frivolous lawsuits.  Now THAT’s corrupt!!

Again Taz, YOU need to come out of your little box and get the big picture.  Your assumptions are all WRONG and soon TRUTH AND JUSTICE will prevail and your little group of irritating, “me,me,me” right-winged extremists will be shut down again!
