Goal is to protect Flathead watershed with area-wide strategic plan

This gives Joe Brenneman a further avenue to attack rural property owners with his “Smart Growth” anti-property rights political agenda.  Joe and his property rights are “silly” crowd have been trying to place severe and expensive limits on the ability of rural property owners to use septic systems for years, even though properly installed and maintained septic systems are historically cleaner and less polluting than municipal treatment facilities.  They are certainly cleaner and less polluting than Joe Brennemans cows wading in the Flathead river.  Unfortunately, when facts get in the way of radical “green” agendas, in today’s political climate, it is the facts that suffer.  Brenneman is up for re-election…We have a county attorney that will be unchallenged in this election, leaving stand the county attorney’s office legal opinion that local government employees are under NO legal obligation to provide “honest Government services.”  And we have corrupt and illegal land use regulations continually being prepared, proposed and adopted by the county’s corrupt and omnipotent planning staff with the blessing of the County’s political elite, both Republican and Democrat… County property owners can make this coming election a turning point…We can take our property rights back!  TUESDAY, APRIL 13…LIGHT THE TORCH 2010…...The future of “planning” in Flathead County is coming!
