Does Newt Gingrich have a path to the nomination? We certainly hope not.
By mooseberryinn on 11-24-11
The desired outcome remains - Anybody but obama! Well, except maybe Pelosi. Nobody home in that head.

Gingrich has way too many people he still owes favors to….seeing that he is a lifetime politician…..time for him to retire to his 3rd wife and stay home…..he was part of the budget busting Bush agenda…and he is just hoping that enough people have forgotten him an see him as a new face….new face at 68???? He talks good….but, eh gads with his Washingtion experience…..he should be able to do something…..besides charge large $$ as some fancy New York jewlery store.
The USA has to many career politicians & their staff included now, with the fabulous government pensions…....we need new faces & ideas…..not a retreaded ole wind bag.

Newt or Obama, does it really matter, both promise death and destruction, via war…. As does, Romney, Santorum, Perry, and Bachman… All will serve their Zionist masters well…

In a recent magazine article I read that most had no conception that the U.S. economy could go this far off the tracks.
Actually a few DID know that the economy could go THIS awry. Among them was Ron Paul. And quite frankly, I think he may be the only one that can get us back on track. He has a definite plan, whereas his colleagues on either side of the party line are spouting little but campaign, political-party rhetoric with only the aim of getting elected. For a long time, I have felt that the two-party system in this country was counter-productive AND that party politics (read: bickering) were a weighty anchor on our economy and policies. In the last 2 years THAT has become painfully and readily apparent. In just the last 90 days our leaders (and I use that term facetiously) in D.C. have failed the American public miserably. The super committee was super-duper incompetent and the exercise was little more than a childish pissin’ match. This Hatfield vs. McCoy attitude in D.C has to end. We need to hold our elected members accountable for positive and beneficial results—-we CANNOT afford to just grimace and let it pass when they produce nothing or behave like spoiled kids demanding THEIR special interest pork or territory to the detriment of the country as a whole and so they can say they poked the other party in the eye. I hear a fiddle and smell smoke! So folks, are you going to just do the same ol’ thing and vote for another politician who’ll say anything to get elected; OR might you open your eyes and vote for Ron Paul—-a man with integrity, intelligence, and a voting record that steadfastly and unwaveringly supports the constitution and the American people? Sure the guy has a few extreme ideas—-so do all the others, they just aren’t willing to venture more than an inch or two from safe territory in their speak. We know of Paul’s idiosyncrasies because he has the honesty to share his entire platform and positions—-not holding back pertinent details in, like all other candidates, fear of offending some large political segment. And some of his ideas only seem extreme because they are drastic. We NEED drastic because we have let these career politicians get us to the point where drastic is the only way out.
Gingrich and the rest of the Republican field, except Paul, are just the same-ol’ same-ol’ load of cr@p we’ve endured for the last couple decades. Time for DEPENDABLE DEMONSTRATED leadership character and change at the hands of someone with a REAL plan.
Ron Paul 2012 !!! Even if we have to write him in.
By mooseberryinn on 11-26-11
Repeat - ANYONE, BUT obama. Even “Joe the Plumber” would be better.
By ICallB.S. on 11-28-11
If you really do believe that the USA is in great shape and needs no improvement, then by all means vote Democrat or Republican. Either way, you acheive the same end: Self-serving swine with an eye toward getting richer. I believe I will vote for Ron Paul. At least I will be able to sleep at night with a clean conscience, knowing I have not contributed to the same old crap…

Since leaving elected office and through his many companies, Gingrich has managed to bill special interests more than $100 million for his “influence.”He’s certainly been successful with the status quo, which is precisely why the American people should never let him near the White House.
Only Paul and Huntsman seem ready to take the bull by the horns, but neither of them have the cash needed to buy the votes (with TV commercials) needed to win.

Bachman is going to win Iowa. Watch her, she will gain momentum.
By hotfishmt on 11-30-11
I like Bachman too….just like Palin….good looking woman. Both bring sexiness to the political arena….not that they stand a chance. Palin least is not #2 to her husband like Bachman is reported to be by the media.
I am for some big business leader to run….one who knows the workings of business….not political paybacks?
The governor of Montana would whip em all….except he has too much sense to get in that stuff nationally.
