We sure tried, but when we got our converter box coupons, there was no store in the area carrying tham.  After the coupons expired in 90 days, the stores all had them.

Why…...don’t they do like KREM did weeks ago….I get KREM over an outside antenna. They did a test during the evening news…....where an engineer on the mountain top….flipped a switch and went to digital…....so if you got a picture now they said…..you are OK. Well…....I got the picture just fine.

During an evening news broadcast make sense for the Kalispell area too…....maybe 2 or 3 times to allow viewers to see what they need…....instead of guessing.

I wish someone would explain that there are two different types of digital converter boxes, one that gets digital only signals and one that can get both digital and analog signals. For those who don’t know or who are living in areas that will have a combination of digital and analog signals, the right type of box could make a difference.
