Yup, it’s just asking for trouble. Keep in mind, anyone really wanting to wet the whistle in public has a little flask tucked away. Incredibly common, if you’ll notice. The carriers tend to be able to moderate it and control their behavior, from what I’ve observed at the football games and car races and such.
