The Flathead County Planning Board is likely the most short-sighted group in this valley.  What a
stupid thing to propose.  How about we get rid of the board?  Or…no…wait…let’s do planning like they
do in the Yaak or another third-world country.

Now this is an idea that has merit! Watch all the greenies come un-hinged at this one and do
whatever they can to maintain control over your private property rights and what you can do with
your own land.

These earth muffins will stop at nothing to control your property rights. They are totally
committed to making the “rights of the collective” trump individual rights, especially private
property rights.

Stay tuned as these poppy sniffers will likely try every trick in the book to keep a
strangle-hold on everything you hold dear when it comes to your property rights.

What’s your point Hankie? Your name indicates your nothing more than a vessel that holds the

Mayre Flowers of Citizens for a Communist/Socialist/Marxist Flathead says this is a radical thing
to do.  The most radical thing in Flathead County is her little group of marxist/socialist anti-property
rights extremists.  That little group needs to be rejected and why the Beacon even interviews them
as a valid interview is beyond me.  They have no credibility and have done more to hurt business
and property rights than anything I can think of in Flathead County.

Some folks don’t want to be “good neighbors” as we’ve used the term for generations.  They want
the right to do as they please on their property and they do not want to admit that impacts on
their neighbors property need to be considered.  Shame on them.

Life would be much easier for the extremists of Citizens for a Communist/Socialist/Marxist
Flathead if they would just quit sticking their noses over their neighbors fences and just quit
worrying about what their neighbors are doing and mind their own business on their own property.

Extremists like Mayre Flowers would also be much more believable if they would practice what
they preach.  Flowers lives in the Star Meadows area and drives a car to town all the time, but she
wants to force all of us to live “packed and stacked’ in the city and ride a bicycle to work.  These
anti-property/anti-freedom marxists like Flowers are total hypocrits.  But they have to have
someone in charge of their marxist utopian plan, so why not designate Flowers.

Mayre Flowers, Joe Brenneman and Gil Jordan are the Tri-fecta of extreme liberals that want to
do away with individual property rights. They bow at the shrine of the “Rights of the
Collective”, and do everything they can to diminish an individual’s rights to manage his/her own
property as he/she sees fit, all the while pushing their socialist agendas.

If Mayre Flowers, Joe Brenneman and Gil Jordan had their way, gates would be installed at the
county line, you’d be forced to use your private property to grow vegetables for all your
neighbors, you’d be forced to grant access to anyone who wants to cross your property for any
reason and stick built homes would go the way of the buggy whip.

Sound extreme? It should. Flowers, Brenneman and Jordan are TAKERS - they want to take your
private property and give it to other people and let you pay the taxes.

Mayre Flowers and her small little anti-private property rights, Smart Growth (anti-growth), group are
worried.  They have a lawsuit filed against the county that is solely based on a recent Montana
Supreme Court ruling that Growth Policy’s are now “Regulatory”, and because they are considered
addendum’s to Growth Policy’s, so are Neighborhood Plans.  In other words, according to the
Supreme’s, Growth Policy’s & Neighborhood Plans in Montana are now ZONING, without using the
“Z” word!

This ruling opens up the ability of Flowers and her “Green” lawyers to control all the county’s
PRIVATE PROPERTY through regulation, simply by filing one lawsuit after another to get anything
they want.  Naturally, the prospect that the county might actually figure this out, including the part
that there is nothing in State law that requires it to have a Growth Policy (Many County’s don’t), and
even without one you can still do “Planning” and even “Zoning”, is sending shivers down the spine of
Mayre and her dedicated “LITTLE” band of liberal control freaks.  No County Growth Policy - No
lawsuits against the county’s property owners and taxpayers.  What a novel idea!

Hankie;

If only you could be half the person Josephine Doody was in her day.

Why don’t read all about it and see if you can manage to do anything of real value before the
day’s over.
