Black Bear Globs:  for the last few weeks….around the main roads….I have been seeing lots of heavy black globs….I was wondering if they were from Black Bears….then a friend told me….No silly…...IT ASPHALT FALLING OFF ALL THE BELLY DUMPS….EVERY WHERE. SURELY…. JTL & LHC CAN AFFORD A PERSON AT THE PLANTS….TO SCRAP OFF THE BLOBS OF GOOP…...we don’t need them all over the roads….some are large enough to be very dangerous to anyone
riding a motorcycle????

SO STEP UP AT THE BATCH PLANTS….KEEP THE GOO OFF THE ROADS….AND HAVE YOUR DRIVERS SLOW DOWN TO THE ADVERTISED SPEED LIMIT.
