This is a victory for business.-but, yet again we find business is having to grovel before a handful of governmentcrats to get “permission” to grow and expand on their own property. The Idea’s of private property rights and of the American Dream are inverted BECAUSE now we are having to seek “permission” to do what is already gauarenteed in the US Const. How far we have strayed….
