So…lets see: the value has dropped, the owners are going broke, lots can’t be sold, Wolves are in the area, out of staters can’f afford the gas to get here.

Nice Sweetheart deal if the present owners can get it back to the State an money in their pockets?? What is wrong with this so called swap?? Provide jobs in the timber industry…..where…...30 years from now.

If the present owners want to do something good…...GIVE THE LAND FREE…...BACK.
Free sounds like it would smoke out the losing my hind end owners…...and see just how sincere they really are?? Keep any money the State or a nature conservancy would give them…....Hope someone with some influence can side track this so called ONE WAY SWAP…......an keep the $$$ for more important projects? Let em eat crow & sit on the TOO BIG IS TOO BIG IDEAS.
