Comments on: Raw Milk Debate Stirs Up Controversy in Montana

Let’s see… a parent here’s that raw milk is beneficial. Case closed. Doesn’t matter that it failed.
Now if children are harmed by this sort of “experimentation” perhaps such intrepid adults should be held to adult standards of accountability.

Craig; Don’t you believe in let the buyer beware? The children are in their mother and father’s care. That used to be good enough but the new collective movement is homoginizing society. Who’s going to make the accounting for the adult standards you mention. Child Protective Services? The Human Resource Czar? We don’t belong to the state. Leave us the #### alone. I like Raw Goat Milk. Do I need some kind of Gov. Form for Exemption?Click here for forms department

Billy, I assume you are an adult. I don’t care what you or any adult puts in their bodies for whatever voodoo reason that suits them.
Experimenting on children is another matter. The children are not making the decision. Adults that do this should be held accountable for the results of such “beliefs.” There is substantial reason for the law being what it is.

Corporations write the laws . Not mom and pop goat milkers. It’s our choice what we eat and what our children eat. We’ve got thousands of years of experimintation behind us. Now you and your lawyers are going to decide what I’ll eat and drink. You got your work out for you.

Ok Craig- so if my child gets sick putting something in their bodies that ” your government” says is safe and healthy, (such as immunizations) and my child gets sick, is your government going to take responsibility? You are quick to judge when someone is thinking for themselves and the health of their children, but will you feel the same way when your government screws up and you or your family suffer because of their bad decisions?

It seems odd that we would be wasting time getting people in trouble for selling raw milk and ignoring other health hazards. I grew up on raw milk and bought my own cow when I was 17 and loved it!!! I don’t do as well with store milk as the enzymes that help with digestion are often killed in the cooking process, so I miss drinking milk sometimes. I don’t really see the point of this article other than to inform people that people still are drinking raw milk and maybe that should be against the law too?
