Congressman Rehberg is either seriously misinformed or seriously misrepresenting the nature of the stimulus package. It doesn’t create “government jobs.” Who’s he kidding? The stimulus simply spends public funds in contracts with small business to help put people back to work.
The biggest expansion of government was (and always has been) the military, and rehberg certainly didn’t stand up against that “stimulus” bill.
