As POTUS does Obama report to Pelosi? Lead, follow, or get out of the way. USNews had an excellent column on the stimulus: www.usnews.com/blogs/capital-commerce/2009/1/27/10-reasons-to-nix-the-stimulus-plan.html>>>10 Reasons to Whack Obama’s Stimulus Plan<<<

Part of this package included $400 million for global warming research. What possible stimulus does this provide for our hurting country? Give me a break.

Kellyn Brown, you disclose your bias when you start your article with “As expected,”. Like other Beacon reporters you need to lean more to the middle and less to the left. There is more pork in this bill than on Montana’s largest hog farm. Less than 10% on infrastructure? I thought that this was one of the main reason’s for the Bill. The Dems won so they can do what they want. I respect Rehberg for standing up for his principals. I only hope that Jon Tester does the same.

We have to ask ourselves if 42% is sufficient to approve the largest federal spending effort. See: www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/business/general_business/public_support_for_economic_recovery_plan_slips_to_42
