I can not beleve that the city attorney for Hardin did not do a better job in resurching Montana Law or making a deal of this size, without anything to back up any meetings, phone calls or emails.  If they were to do some resurch, they would find the the Department of Corrections has shown that the numbers of people incarcerated in Montana is dropping and that the Legislature did not want people that are convicted of crimes in other states in Montana prisons.  I think that the taxpayers and the Legislature of Montana should not should not bail out Hardin for it’s mistake.
