With BNSF hauling a huge variety of cargo….solids, liquids, gases etc….its time BNSF get the
proper equipment to handle spills/accidents. From corn syrup to lithium batteries to oil to cars to
televisions to ammonia to super hard to handle & worse to clean up in spills.

Just like BP an the huge oil loss in the Gulf of Mexico…..equipment was not there which led to trial
& error to get the blowout stopped….its time, if BNSF want to haul dangerous cargo….GET THE
RIGHT EQUIPMENT…...NOW, not later after any accident.

Having worked on a Super Fund sight in Livingston that was a dumping ground for a reailroad re-
build center in the mid-90’s….its impossible to retrieve all the diesel & or parts of the stuff.
