“Gun rights advocates say that statement confirms a right to carry at least some weapons, in some manner, for some purpose”.  Well, ain’t that just as clear as mud….I love having such clarity when I’m carrying around deadly force.

Why be clear if clarity is something you wish to avoid?

Such has always been true about decisions involving firearms ownership in this country - with some police departments making it up as they go along, no matter what the laws on the books say.
