I went to art school with the artist who does pencils for Green Lantern and another friend worked on Batman for awhile. Both awesome artists. I have so much more respect for comic book artists than the snooty fine artists who splash paint on canvas, name it something obscure and look down on people who “don’t get it”. Comic book artists are masters of anatomy and storytelling...and they have worked very hard to refine their craft.
