I think you are correct- Women need different training than what most coaches prescribe for female athletes. Most coaches today train their female athletes the same as male athletes. The women of today are doing more than they were even 10 years ago, and need workouts tailored to strengthen parts of their bodies that mabey boys don’t, and vice versa. A good Chiropractor will help prevent injuries as well as a good training program! Check out Crossfit.com- State of the art training for both men and women.
